Who comes to the lions den? Since we are not a conventional “weights and cardio” gym, the potential members that come to us are people in need of guidance, training and motivation. We created this gym to actually save people money. Yes, we are more than a $10 a month weights and cardio machine gym, but less money if you want to have the same “personal training” feel to your workout without paying the thousands of dollars some gyms charge for personal training. We all know personal training costs lots of money. When you’re part of our training center, you will be guided, trained and motivated for the least amount of money. It really is like having your own personal trainer. We also understand that with the current economy like it is, it’s important that people continue to work out at a rate that’s affordable. Below are our current rates and specials. As always, please feel free to come down and try a couple classes on us! Remember that with all membership you will receive a free health and fitness consultation with one of our certified, professional trainers. Included in this will be nutrition plans, exercise plans, and suggested class times we best feel will fit your schedule and goals. Remember to shop around for the gym that suits you best. THE LION’S DEN PLAYROOM (BABYSITTING) SERVICE: THE HOURS ARE 9AM TO 1PM AND 5PM TO 9PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. THE COST IS $3 PER CHILD/PER DAY. ALL PLAYROOM ATTENDENTS ARE CPR CERTIFIED.
